Donald Trump on Wednesday refused, at his first press conference as President-elect of the United States, to answer a question from the reporter of CNN, the first media to have relayed information on its supposed links with Russia.

CNN had published a two-page summary of the alleged compromising report for the president-elect, which had been handed over by the intelligence to Barack Obama and then to Donald Trump. But the journalists of the chain had taken care not to reveal anything of the contents of this note. Buzzfeed disseminated the 35-page report containing unverified allegations about Donald Trump. 

Despite this difference in treatment, Donald Trump did not do it in half measure. In a statement on the air, CNN accused the Trump team of "using Buzzfeed's decision to disclose information reported by CNN, which has since been confirmed by other major news organizations."
